Installation & Maintenance
Installation and Training Standard Services:
Provides set-up of the CD/DVD Publishing System into a system network. Set-up the workflow and test the system according to your particular workflow environment. Does not include set-up of multiple remote user accounts on separate workstations or integration into Macintosh Network Environments.
ATR Knowledge Transfer: We provide demonstration and hands-on instruction on the system to instruct users how the system operates, train on use of software applications and take them through the proper workflow operation or operations. We instruct users how to create disc labels in multiple applications and disc printing options. In addition, we train users on how to care for the system, replacing components and simple problem/resolution scenarios.
Installation and Training Advanced Services:
Advanced Installation and Training includes everything listed in Standard Installation and Training Services plus set-up and installation of Rimage GUI application on remote client user workstations. If required, integration in a Macintosh Network Environment.
ATR Knowledge Transfer: We provide enhanced hands-on instruction on the system to instruct users all system operation capabilities including remote image creation and disc extraction. In addition, we step through advanced work-flow options which include remote site production, dynamic printing set-up, serialization and bar-coding options and create dynamic disc label graphic templates.
POST-INSTALLATION MAINTENANCE SERVICES:
On-Site Services:
- 24 hours / 7 days per week / 4-hour on-site
- 9 hours / 5 days per week / 8 hour on-site or next business day
Rapid Exchange Service:
- Next Day delivery of replacement system (Rimage only)
- -Requires call be placed before 2:00 pm CST.
- Next Day delivery of faulty replacement parts
- All ATR Available Products and Services
Depot Service:
Five business day turn-around for system fix.
CD/DVD Duplication Services:
Our in-house production services of quantities from 100 to 1,500 pieces. ATR provides quality production work for CD-R, DVD-R and Business Card-CD-R duplication and printing.
CD/DVD Replication Services:
For larger quantities (1,500 to 1,000,000+) ATR provides full CD/DVD replication, silk screening, printing and packaging services.
CD/Business Card CD Publishing Services:
ATR provides unique customized production services that create uniquely identified disc media for targeted marketing and sales promotions. This allows you to track who views the information and who doesn't.
