The PT-7000 is a total packaging solution for mailing CD/DVD's to specific recipients names and addresses which are printed on the CD/DVD disc utilizing Rimage CD/DVD publishing systems. Automate the entire CD & DVD Mailer Packaging Process - complete your CD/DVD publishing system! Combines these pack-out steps into one continuous, error-free automated process:
- Utilizes preprinted (including postal indices ) cardboard mailers with a poly half moon window
- Discs are recorded, printed and placed in the PT-7000 hopper.
- The PT-7000 inserts your CD or DVD into the pre-printed card board mailer. It then folds & seals the cardboard mailer flap media input hopper at a rate of 100 discs, 30 disc per minute throughput. Minimal training and setup is required. Just push start to operate - it's that easy!
This system eliminates errors - never pack a CD with the wrong address label again! The PT-7000 uses United States Post Office pre-certified see-through cardboard mailers. These labels may be printed to your specifications, in full color or black and white. Available for standard jewel cases (the VS4000), slim line jewel cases (the VS4000sl) and now DVD, "Amaray" type cases (the VS4000-DVD), these tabletop units are dedicated to small or medium scale production of discs and are a cost effective solution providing professionally finished packaging for short run work, at a tenth of the cost of industrial equipment.
